Adding Products to an Entitlement

The Product Selection pop-up enables you to select a Product and add it to the current Entitlement. The Products displayed in the list relate to the Batch Code that is specified for the Entitlement.

Unlocked Products cannot be added to Entitlements and are therefore not included in the list of Products. The process of generating files containing Unlocked Products is a Development task.

To add a Product to the Entitlement:

Search the Products using the search text box at the top. This field supports both text search and wild card search. See Wild Card and Text Searches in Entitlements and Product Selection Screens for details.
- Select an option from the search drop-down list from All, Product ID, Product Name, Type, Ref ID. For example, if you select Product ID, the search will be performed only in the Product IDs.
- Select All to search in all categories except Type.
Select the required Product.
You can select multiple Products to include in the Entitlement.
Click OK. The Product is added to the Entitlement.
