Configuring the Sentinel EMS URL in the Admin Control Center (ACC)

The support for Java Applets is currently not available in case of the Microsoft Edge browser and other browsers are also expected to follow Microsoft. To continue to receive the same experience without any visible change on the GUI, users must configure the URL to access the Sentinel EMS portal in ACC.

To configure the Sentinel EMS URL in Admin Control Center:

• In the address bar of your web browser, enter localhost:1947/_int_/ACC_help_index.html and press Enter.
• In the left pane, click the Configuration link.



• Click the Network tab.



• In the EMS URL field, enter http://<ems url>:<port number>.



• Click Submit.

  You must ensure that DNS is configured correctly for the server machine. This will prevent the system from prompting you to install RTE or configure the EMS URL in ACC.
