Modifying User Details

The Edit User pop-up enables you to modify the properties of an existing user. This page is available only for users who are authorized to perform Administration functions. In this page you can modify data in all fields except User ID.

• You can modify the following in this screen:
  1. Change password for the User. To change the password,
     1. Click Change Password.
     2. Enter a new password for the user in the Password field and re-enter it in the Confirm Password field.
        The password will be changed after you click Save.
  2. E-mail—Change the e-mail for the user
  3. Login Allowed—Allow/deny login for the user
  4. Expires On—Edit the login expiry date
  5. Locale—Update the default display language for the User
  6. Ref ID 1 and Ref ID 2—Edit the reference IDs for the user. You can enter information that identifies the user in a different system, for example, a user ID in your company's ERP system.
  7. Modify Roles assigned to the user. At least one Role must be selected.
  8. Modify Batch Codes associated to the user. At least one Batch Code must be selected.
• Click Save.
