Viewing Previous Activations for a Product Key

This section is relevant only for LDK Products/Entitlements.

The Previous Activations pop-up displays information about the activations that are already performed for a Product key. This task appears for Product keys for which at least one activation has been performed.

The following information is displayed for the Product key:

Product Key, Customer, E-mail, Activations, Remaining Activations, Ref ID 1, Ref ID 2, Entitlement Comments, Products, Product Locking Type, Key ID, Key Type, Activation Date, Comments

You can perform the following task in this screen:

Download V2C File—Download the V2C file for the listed Protection key IDs. The Customer can apply the V2C file using a tool like RUS.
