Resending an Entitlement Certificate E-mail

The resend e-mail feature enables you to resend an Entitlement certificate e-mail to the original recipients or other people. This option is available only for Product-key-type Entitlements and the Entitlement status should be one of the following:

• Product key Generated
• Completed
• Acknowledged

To resend the certificate e-mail:

• Select an Entitlement from the left pane.
• Click and select Resend E-mail. The Resend Entitlement Certificate Email pop-up appears.
• The Contact E-mail displays the default contact for the Entitlement. You can use this e-mail or provide other e-mail IDs. You can provide up to five IDs. Separate multiple IDs by comma or semicolon.
• Click Send.
