Entitlement Reports
Customer Entitlement Report

Lists all Entitlements generated and summarizes them by Customer and date.
Customer Activation Report

Displays the Customer-wise Product activation report including the number of activations and the Products activated by each Customer.
Total Entitlement Utilization
  • Product
  • Customer Name
  • Output Format (HTML, PDF, Excel, RTF, CSV)
Displays the Product-wise report for total number of activations, number of activations, and remaining activations.
License Reports
License Expiration Report
  1. Days Before Expiration
  2. Customer Name
  3. Output Format (HTML, PDF, Excel, RTF, CSV)

Displays a list of licenses for which the end date falls within the specified

  • dates, or
  • number of days
Most Popular Products Ordered
  1. Start Date
  2. End Date

Displays the Products that are used by the highest number of Customers.
Audit Log Reports
Audit Log Report
  1. Start Date
  2. End Date
  3. Entity Name (Product, Feature, Entitlement, Customer, All)
  4. Output Format (HTML, PDF, Excel, RTF, CSV)

Displays the details of operations performed for the selected entity within the date range provided. It shows the following details:

  • Operation - What type of operation was performed - create, update, delete, etc.
  • Operation By - The user who performed the task.
  • Operation Date - Date and time when the task was performed.
  • Entity Description - The entity name.
  • Client IP - IP address of the machine where the operation was performed.
  • Remarks - Additional information such as whether the Product is a Modification Product, Cancellation Product, etc. or the Entitlement is of HL type, SL type, etc.

Usage Reports

Usage reports are available only for Cloud Entitlements.
Feature Usage Report
  • Start Date
  • End Date
  • Usage Type (Count, Time)
  • License Model (All, Prepaid, Postpaid, Subscription, Concurrent)
  • Output Format (HTML, PDF, Excel, RTF, CSV)
Displays the total usage time (in seconds) or count per Feature across all users of your Product.
Product Usage Report
  • Customer Name
  • Start Date
  • End Date
  • Usage Type (Count, Time)
  • Output Format (HTML, PDF, Excel, RTF, CSV)
Displays the total usage time (in seconds) or count per Feature for each user of a selected customer grouped by Product.
User Usage Report
  • Customer Name
  • Start Date
  • End Date
  • Usage Type (Count, Time)
  • Output Format (HTML, PDF, Excel, RTF, CSV)
Displays the total usage time (in seconds) or count per Feature for each user of a selected Customer.
Most Popular Prepaid Features Report
  • Customer Name
  • Start Date
  • End Date
  • Number of Records
  • Output Format (HTML, PDF, Excel, RTF, CSV)
Lists the specified number of topmost consumed features having prepaid license model.
Least Popular Prepaid Features Report
  • Customer Name
  • Start Date
  • End Date
  • Number of Records
  • Output Format (HTML, PDF, Excel, RTF, CSV)
Lists the specified number of least consumed features having prepaid license model.
Remaining Executions Prepaid Report
  • Remaining Execution (Percentage, Count)
  • Output Format (HTML, PDF, Excel, RTF, CSV)
Displays a list of customers for whom the allowed number of prepaid executions is about to exhaust. You can use this report to inform customers that their licenses are approaching expiration date, and they need to renew the license timely to continue using the service.
Grace Report
  • License Model (All, Subscription, Prepaid)
  • Output Format
Displays a list of Customers whose licenses are running in grace period, along with the Feature details.
Custom Reports
If your Sentinel EMS administrator has defined some custom reports, these will be displayed at bottom of the left pane in the Reports page.
